How a treatment works

You step into the sauna capsule wearing underwear or swimwear and lie down comfortably on the heated surface. The capsule closes over your body while your head remains free, so you can breathe cooler air and relax. During the session, your body is bathed in infrared light and dry heat that gradually raises your body temperature and stimulates circulation.

The treatment is quiet, calm and completely passive – you don't need to do anything more than lie down and receive. Afterwards we recommend that you drink water and take it easy for a while to let your body settle.

Recommendation

Individual treatments often provide an immediate feeling of relaxation and lightness, but the best results come with regular use, e.g. 1–3 times per week over a period of time. The infrared sauna capsule also works excellently as a pre-treatment before massage or other body care when you want to loosen up the muscles extra.
